Sweden: Danny Saucedo Vs Eric Saade in Melodifestivalen 2021!

10 years after Eric Saade and Danny Saucedo were first and second in Melodifestivalen, Aftonbladet reports that they will compete against each other in Melodifestivalen 2021.

The new names

Moments from Melodifestivalen 2011 seem to be living in next year’s Melodifestivalen. Danny Saucedo and Eric Saade are back and will cross swords as they did in 2011.

This will be Danny Saucedo’s third solo performance and his fourth overall. In 2011 and 2012 he reached the second place, while in 2009 with the band EMD he was third. In 2011 he lost to Eric Saade’s Popular, while in 2012 he lost to Loreen’s Euphoria.

Anton Ewald returns also. It will also be his third participation in the Melodifestivalen. He is an artist who moves in the same style as the two mentioned above.

1st semifinal on February 6
2nd semifinal on February 13
3rd semifinal on February 20
4th semifinal on February 27
Second chance round on March 6
The final on March 13
