Italy: Seconda Serata of Sanremo 2022 tonight!

The Seconda Serata (second night) of Sanremo 2022 takes place tonight at Teatro Ariston. The rest 13 contestants will present their entries for the first time.

The show

On the Ariston scene, Amadeus will not be alone. Each night, as we know, he will have different co-hosts by his side. Next to him at the Seconda Serata will be Lorena Cesarini, one of the most up-and-coming actresses in Italian television and Italian cinema.

Regarding the guests, Laura Pausini‘s name stands out tonight. The famous singer will present to the Italian public her new hit “Scatola”. At the same time, she said that in the context of her appearance at Sanremo 2022, she will reveal a new surprise regarding her in 2022. Everyone suspects that Pausini’s announcement will be about the presentation of Eurovision 2022 this May in Turin, with the experienced singer becoming the first name to be revealed.

Checco Zalone and Ermal Meta, Italy’s representative at Eurovision 2018 along with this year’s Sanremo contestant Fabrizio Moro, will also make an appearance.

During the second night of Sanremo 2022, we will have the opportunity to hear the songs of the remaining 13 of the 25 candidates this year for the first time. These artists are, in the order in which they will be performing tonight:

The voting

The 13 songs that will compete in the Seconda Serata of Sanremo 2022 are heard tonight for the first time. The result is determined 100% by a jury of journalists (34% television editors, 33% radio and 33% online correspondents), just like in the Prima Serata.
