Spain: Ruth Lorenzo will announce the 12 points of the Spanish jury!

As announced by El Plural, Ruth Lorenzo, who represented Spain at Eurovision 2014, will return to the festival this year as the representative of the Spanish jury in the final on May 13. The singer replaces presenter Nieves Álvarez, who has announced the results of the Spanish jury in the last five contests, since 2017.

Ruth Lorenzo has been closely associated with Eurovision since her entry in 2014 with the song “Dancing in the rain“, with which she took 10th place, thus achieving one of the best placings for Spain in the 2010s (along with Pastora Soler, also 10th in 2012). She has also performed at the first PrePartyES in 2017 and 2022, while she was invited to Benidorm Fest 2022.
