France: Anggun will announce the votes of the French jury!

TV France, the national French broadcaster, announce the name of Anggun as the spokesperson of the French jury votes. Anggun is a former Eurovision contestant, having previously represented France in Eurovision 2012 in Baku with her song “Echo (You & I)”.

In fact, it is the first time since 2012 that a former French Eurovision contestant will announce the French votes.

Anggun will not only be the French spokesperson in Eurovision 2023 but she will also be commentating for the French television in the two semifinals on May 9 and 11.

The following countries have also announced their spokespersons for Eurovision 2023:

  • Albania – Andri Xhahu
  • Austria – Philip Hansa
  • Azerbaijan – Narmin Salmanova
  • Cyprus – Loukas Hamatsos
  • Estonia – Ragnar Klavan
  • Greece – Fotis Sergoulopoulos
  • Israel – Ilanit
  • Italy – Kaze
  • Netherlands – S10
  • Poland – Ida Nowakowska
  • San Marino – John Kennedy O’Connor
  • Spain – Ruth Lorenzo
  • Switzerland – Chiara Dubey
  • Ukraine – Zlata Ognevich

France participates in Eurovision 2023 with La Zarra and her song “Évidemment” and as a member of the BIG-5, will perform directly to the Grand Final on May 13 in the first half.
