Portugal: The finalists of Festival Da Canção 2022 who will accompany Maro in Turin!

Through the official Festival da Canção Instagram account, Maro introduced the five vocalists that will accompany her in Turin, Italy.

Among them will be Milhanas who placed 7th at Festival da Canção 2022 with “Corpo De Mulher“, Diana Castro who placed 4th with “Ginger Ale” as well as Carolina Leite, Beatriz Fonseca and Beatriz Pessoa who accompanied her in the final of Festival da Canção 2022!

Maro was crowned as the grand winner of Festival da Canção 2022 with “Saudade, Saudade” and will represent Portugal in the Eurovision Song Contest. Maro is competing in 10th position in the first semi-final on May 10th.

The detailed results of Portugal’s national final for Eurovision 2022 were announced!

Portugal’s public broadcaster, RTP, announced the result of the jury and the public vote for the two semi-finals of Festival da Canção 2022.

The results of the semi-finals:

Semi-Final 1 (March 5)
  1. Maro – “saudade, saudade”  – 22 points (12 Jury+ 10 televote)
  2. Os Quatro e Meia – “Amanhã”  – 18 points (6 Jury+ 12 televote)
  3. FF – “Como É Bom Esperar Alguém”  – 16 points (8 Jury+ 8 televote)
  4. Diana Castro – “Ginger Ale” – 14 points (10 Jury+ 4 televote)
  5. Aurea – “Why?” – 14 points (7 Jury+ 7 televote)
  6. Fado Bicha – “Povo pequenino”  – 11 points (5 Jury+ 6 televote)
  7. Norton – “Hope” – 7 points (2 Jury+ 5 televote)

Winner of Festival da Canção 2022 was MARO with the song “saudade, saudade“.
