Montenegro: Montesong to take place on November 27!
After two years of absence, Montenegro is returning to the Eurovision Song Contest, and in fact, they’re even organizing a national final, which will apparently be the first to take place this season!
In a recent article, RTCG, Montenegro’s public broadcaster, announced that Montesong will take place on November 27, instead of spanning two days as initially planned.
The reason for this change is that the event coincides with the anniversary of the founding of the country’s public broadcaster, and so, organizers want to celebrate this important day alongside the launch of a new chapter for Montenegro in the Song Contest.
RTCG has announced that Montesong will be a one-night event, held on 27 November to commemorate the anniversary of RTCG’s foundation, instead of taking place over two nights as previously stated.
