Australia: Guy Sebastian reveals he’d like to participate again at Eurovision

Australian singer Guy Sebastian, who represented Australia in its Eurovision debut in 2015, recently performed at the Dutch live concert and TV event featuring Eurovision artists, titled “Het Grote Songfestivalfeest,” held in Amsterdam.

Specifically, during the event, the official Eurovision podcast interviewed selected artists, including Guy Sebastian.

The Australian singer, spoke with host Steve Holden about his participation in 2015, Australia as a competing country in Eurovision, and, on a more personal note, how he met Swedish former Eurovision winner Måns Zelmerlöw and became friends with him.

When asked whether he would consider competing at Eurovision again, Guy Sebastian replied:

“Of course, I would definitely consider going back to Eurovision.”

He also revealed that he hadn’t even realized he could compete again. To be precise, he stated:

“I thought it was against the rules to participate in the competition twice.”
