Lithuania: The First Heat of Eurovizija.LT 2025 Starts Tonight!

The wait is over! Lithuania’s Eurovizija.LT 2025 kicks off tonight, marking the beginning of the country’s quest to select its representative for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland. Over the next six weeks, Lithuania will determine who will carry its flag on the Eurovision stage this May.

Format

Eurovizija.LT 2025 consists of six shows: five heats and the Grand Final. The results for all six evenings will be determined by a 50/50 split vote between the public and a five-member jury panel.

• From each heat, two songs will advance to the final based on audience votes and jury deliberation.
• In the Grand Final, the three highest-scoring acts will proceed to the Super Final, where the public will have the exclusive vote to decide the winner.

The heats will air on January 11, 18, 25, and February 1 and 8, respectively. Notably, like previous editions, the heats are pre-recorded earlier in the week. In the event of a tie, the jury vote will prevail.

The live Grand Final will air on February 15.

First Heat

Tonight’s show features nine entries vying for two coveted spots in the final. The competing artists and their songs are:

• Rūta Budreckaitė – “Tai kur namai”
• Anyanya – “Running Out Of Time”
• Aistay – “Meile sapnavau”
• Ewa – “Tell me lie”
• Viktorija Faith – “Scary Beautiful”
• Justė Baradulinaitė – “Tired”
• Euften – “Goodbye Hell”

Hosts

Guiding us through this season of Eurovizija.LT are Gabrielė Martirosian, Nombeko Augustė, and Rimvydas Černiauskas, a charismatic trio who promise to make the show even more engaging.
