Belgium: The Grand Final of Eurosong 2025 Takes Place Tonight!
For the first time in two years, Belgium is selecting its Eurovision 2025 representative through a national final, marking the return of Eurosong! Following last year’s disappointing elimination in the semi-finals, the Belgian broadcaster has decided to revive the Eurosong format in hopes of securing a better result at Eurovision 2025, set to take place in Basel, Switzerland, in May.
The Finalists & Running Order
Tonight, eight artists will compete for the chance to represent Belgium at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. Here’s the official running order for the Eurosong 2025 Grand Final:
- LEEZ – “Perfectly imperfect”
- Le Manou – “Fille à papa”
- Jelle Van Dael – “Monster”
- Mentissa – “Désolée”
- Lenns – “Air balloon”
- Stefanie Callebaut – “Gloria”
- Red Sebastian – “Strobe lights”
- Grace – “Pull up”
Voting System
The winner of Eurosong 2025—and Belgium’s Eurovision 2025 representative—will be determined by a 50/50 voting system, equally split between a public vote and a professional jury.
The Jury Panel
The jury, which holds 50% of the voting power, consists of 15 music experts:
- Gustaph – Winner of Eurosong 2023 & 7th place at Eurovision 2023
- Bart Cannaerts – Belgium’s Eurovision 2023 voting spokesperson
- Merol – Dutch singer
- Emmelie de Forest – Eurovision 2013 winner for Denmark
- André Vermeulen – Former VRT commentator (1991–2013)
- Els Germonpré – Music Coordinator at VRT1
- Leslie Cable – RTBF Head of Delegation at Eurovision
- Stephan Monsieur – President of OGAE Belgium
- Jasper Van Biesen – Eurovision expert & author of 65 Years of Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest
- Indy van Cauwenbergh – Choreographer
- Kim Debrie – Radio 2
- Anja Daems – Radio 2
- Laura Govaerts – MNM
- Imane Boudadi – MNM
- Nona Van Braeckel – Studio Brussel

Belgium at Eurovision 2024
Last year, Mustii represented Belgium at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö with his song “Before The Party’s Over”. Despite being a fan favorite, he failed to qualify for the Grand Final, finishing 13th in Semi-Final 2.
