Germany: Chefsache ESC 2025 Semi-Final Dominates the Ratings!
Before the public decides next week who will represent Germany at Eurovision 2025 in Basel, the competing artists presented their potential contest entries for the first time on Saturday evening on RTL.
On average, 1.81 million viewers tuned in to the semi-final of Chefsache ESC 2025, where fourteen artists competed for nine spots in next week’s grand final. The number of viewers increased by 20,000 compared to the second heat.
Among the key demographic of 14-49-year-olds, the viewing share stood at 16.2%, with 700,000 viewers in this age group. The show maintained its strong presence, topping the ratings during primetime!
The nine artists who qualified for the final are:
- Moss Kena – Nothing Can Stop Love
- Julika – Empress
- Benjamin Braatz – Like You Love Me
- COSBY – I’m Still Here
- Abor & Tynna – Baller
- Feuerschwanz – Knightclub
- LEONORA – This Bliss
- LYZA – Lovers on Mars
- The Great Leslie – These Days
These nine artists will compete in the Chefsache ESC 2025 final, vying for the chance to represent Germany at Eurovision 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. As part of the Big Five, Germany has already secured a place in the Grand Final of Eurovision 2025!
