Germany: The results of the Chefsache ESC 2025 semi-final | Listen to the songs of Chefsache ESC 2025!

Germany has started the search for its representative and participation in Eurovision 2025. The process, known as “Chefsache ESC 2025,” consists of two preliminary rounds, a semi-final, and a final. Just a few minutes ago, the semi-final was completed, with nine contestants advancing to the next stage of the final.

The host of the evening was Barbara Schöneberger.

The judging panel includes:

• Stefan Raab: A legend of Eurovision in Germany, whose history begins in 1998, writing “Guildo hat euch lieb!” (7th place) for Guildo Horn. He represented Germany with “Wadde hatte dudde da?” in 2000, finishing fifth, and wrote Max Mutzke’s song in 2004, which also reached the top 10. His biggest success came in 2010 when he led Lena to victory with the song “Satellite.” Raab hosted Eurovision 2011 and was also a judge for Germany in 2012.
• Yvonne Catterfeld: A German singer who has been involved in Eurovision as a member of the judging panel for the national selection show “Unser Star für Oslo,” which chose Lena.
• Elton: A host who was also involved in Germany’s selection process in 2010, presented the national final in 2018, and hosted the country’s voting in 2023.
• Max Giesinger: One of the most famous artists in the German music scene.

The 14 artists who competed for the nine spots in the final were:

12. Moss Kena – Nothing Can Stop Love
13. The Great Leslie – These Days
14. Cage – Golden Hour
