The process of selecting Iceland’s representative for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest continues tonight with the second semi-final of Söngvakeppnin 2025.
Semi-Final Details
Five songs will compete for the last three spots in the grand final, which will take place on February 22. But what do the betting odds predict for tonight’s semi-final?
Betting Odds
Three songs seem to be the favorites to claim the remaining tickets to the Söngvakeppnin 2025 final. According to bookmakers, Júlí og Dísa, Tinna, and Dagur Sig are expected to be the last three finalists advancing to the grand final.

Söngvakeppnin 2025 – Semi Final 2 – Odds
The five artists competing in the second semi-final of Söngvakeppnin 2025 will perform in the following order:
- Dagur Sig – “Carousel” / “Flugdrekar”
- Júlí og Dísa – “Fire” / “Eldur”
- Bára Katrín – “Rise Above” / “Rísum Upp”
- Bjarni Arason – “Aðeins Lengur”
- Tinna – “Words” / “Þrá”
As in previous years, five songs will compete in each semi-final. Three songs from each semi-final will qualify for the final, which will consist of six songs instead of five as in previous editions of Söngvakeppnin.
Benedikt Valsson, Guðrún Dís Emilsdóttir, and Fannar Sveinsson will host Söngvakeppnin 2025.
