Montenegro: RTCG 2 To Broadcast Live the “75th Festival di Sanremo 2025”!

One of the most famous and successful song festivals of Europe, but of the whole world as well, is the Festival di Sanremo, which is going to take place at the Ariston Theatre in Sanremo for 75th consecutive year. As a result, and because of its great popularity, even more countries announce their will to broadcast it live.

So, after Romania announced earlier this week the live broadcasting of the Festival, there is one more country with the exact same intent. The discussion, of course, is about Montenegro, whose national broadcaster, Radio Televizija Crne Gore 2 (RTCG 2), revealed that the 75th Festival di Sanremo will be aired live.

This is of course a continuous tradition, since 2020, when the Balkan country aired the Festival for the first time. This year’s broadcasting will take place from the 11th of February to the 15th, at 20.30 CET.

Remember here that Montenegro was the very first country that revealed its entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, since Nina Žižić won the country’s national final with the song “Dobrodošli“. Žižić has already participated in Eurovision in the past as a member of the group Who See, with the song “Igranka”, back in 2013. Montenegro will compete at the first half of the Second Semi-Final on 15 May.
