Norway: International Juries for Melodi Grand Prix 2025 Announced

NRK has released details of the jurors who voted as part of the international panels in the Melodi Grand Prix 2025 final.

Ten international juries participated in the Melodi Grand Prix 2025 final, determining 40% of the results in last night’s show. Each jury consisted of four to five members, awarding points from 12 to 1 to the competing acts.

Sweden:

  • Natalie Carrion – Artist and songwriter with experience in Melodifestivalen and other major stages.
  • Mathias Bridfelt – Music editor with extensive experience in TV and radio.
  • Helene Wigren – Former music industry executive, now PR manager.
  • Robert Sehlberg – Music director with experience in major radio stations.
  • Natasha Azarmi – Music journalist with over a decade of experience.

Denmark:

  • Molly Plank – Extensive TV industry experience, working with Dansk Melodi Grand Prix.
  • Christian Ellegaard – DR journalist, has covered Eurovision multiple times.
  • Bryan Rice – Pop singer and songwriter with international success.
  • Anders Ugilt Andersen – Radio producer specializing in pop music.
  • Tilde Vinther – Backing vocalist with experience in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix and Eurovision.

Finland:

  • Matti Myllyaho – Show producer for UMK and Eurovision.
  • Eva Frantz – Eurovision commentator since 2011.
  • Aija Puurtinen – Singer, musician, and composer with a long career.
  • Jenni Lambert – Soul singer and backing vocalist with broad experience.
  • Enni Koistinen – Scriptwriter and content creator for UMK.
  • Katri Norrlin – Representative (non-voting).

Iceland:

  • Felix Bergsson – Performer, writer, producer, and human rights activist.
  • Kolbrún María Másdóttir – Journalist, musician, and theater producer.
  • Andrea Sigríður Jónsdóttir – Experienced radio and music journalist.
  • Erna Hrönn Ólafsdóttir – Singer and radio producer with extensive experience in Söngvakeppnin and Eurovision.
  • Vilhjálmur Ósk Vilhjálmsson – Jazz and musical theater singer, performer, and producer.

United Kingdom:

  • Andrew Cartmell – Jury chairperson (non-voting).
  • Chris Chilvers – Senior music programmer at Global.
  • Victoria Needs – Music industry veteran, expert in international marketing.
  • Harry Kersley – Classical singer and entertainment agent.
  • Leila Al-Mitwally – Production assistant at BBC Radio 1.
  • Kojo Samuel – Music director with international experience.

Croatia:

  • Maja Tokić – Editor of Dora and Eurovision in Croatia.
  • Luka Grgić – Creative professional with Eurovision experience.
  • Davor Medaković – DJ and head of HRT’s music department.
  • Jelena Balent – Singer and music editor.
  • Tihomir Preradović – Composer and producer, winner of multiple music awards.

Australia:

  • Emily Griggs – Head of entertainment and food at SBS.
  • Danny Estrin – Representative (non-voting), musician, and lawyer.
  • Damian McDermott – TV producer specializing in music.
  • Angela Downing – Writer, producer, and music enthusiast.
  • Paul Clarke – Producer of Australia’s Eurovision coverage.

Georgia:

  • Natia Uznadze – Music producer for Eurovision since 2007.
  • Lasha Kapanadze – Marketing and communications manager.
  • Manana Morchiladze – Music producer and vocal coach.
  • Zaza Orashvili – Music video and TV director.
  • Salome Bakuradze – Singer and music competition participant.

Luxembourg:

  • Eric Lehmann – Head of Luxembourg’s Eurovision delegation.
  • Naomi Ayé Vajdovics Suárez – Pianist, singer, songwriter, and producer.
  • Romain Heck – Former bass teacher and Eurovision participant.
  • Rafaela Teixeira Fernandes – Singer and winner of music competitions.
  • Lucas Zagdoudi – Songwriter and composer.

Ukraine:

  • Oksana Skybinska – Head of Ukraine’s Eurovision delegation.
  • Oleg Tsukrenko – Musician, journalist, and media producer.
  • Ievgen Garbarenko – Songwriter and music producer.
  • Herman Nenov – Director and creative producer.
  • Tarabarova Svitlana – Singer, songwriter, and music producer.

Kyle Alessandro received 8 out of 9 top scores (12 points) from the international juries and will represent Norway at Eurovision 2025 in Switzerland. He will perform in the second half of the first semi-final on May 13.
