Slovenia: Klemen in Switzerland for the shooting of the Eurovision 2025 postcard!
Slovenia’s representative for 2025, Klemen, posted on his social media that he has arrived in Switzerland! The artist has arrived in Zurich for the filming of the postcard that will be shown before he takes to the Eurovision stage with “How Much Time Do We Have Left” for Slovenia’s representation at the contest next May.
For the first time since 2019, the postcards for the competition are shot in the host country, unlike the last five years when artists were depicted on locations and landmarks in the host country, sent clips of their country’s locations or were shown alongside previous entries from their country.
Through the postcards, places and landmarks of the host country are shown, giving the viewer the opportunity to get to know the country a little more, but also aims to use the director’s time to prepare the stage before each performance. It is worth remembering that postcards were introduced to the competition in 1970 and have come a long way since then!
Slovenia competes in the first half of the first semi-final of Eurovision 2025 on Tuesday 13 May.
