Estonia: Submission for Eesti Laul 2024 will open in mid-September!

Earlier today, the presentation of the winter program of the Estonian public broadcaster, ERR, took place in Tallinn. Among others, the directors talked about Eesti Laul, the national final through which, as we already know, they will choose both their representative and song, for yet another year.

Karmel Killandi, editor-in-chief of ERR’s entertainment programs, revealed that applications for Eesti Laul 2024 will be accepted from September 15 until mid-October, but did not specify the closing date.

As we already know Tomi Rahula will not continue to be the producer of Eesti Laul, nevertheless, Karmel Killandi, when asked who will be the next producer, refrained from answering and let the host of the event say what it will be a surprise.

We already know that this year’s Eesti Laul, will take place with many changes. So we are all waiting to see the renewed national final!

The winner of last year’s Eesti Laul and Estonia’s representative in Eurovision 2023, was Alika with her song “Bridges”, ending up in eighth place of the Grand Final:
