Lithuania: The detailed televoting results of Eurovizija.lt 2025 have been announced

LRT has released the full televoting results from the two phases of the Eurovizija.lt 2025 final, which took place on February 15.

Following the completion of the vote count by the audit firm Grant Thornton Baltic, the final results of EUROVIZIJA.LT have been confirmed. The organizers revealed how the jury and the public voted for the top three contestants in the final. The corrected scores include adjusted vote totals for the Superfinal, as not all votes were received within the live voting window due to technical issues.

Televoting results from the first round of the final:

Katarsis – “Tavo akys” – 10,714 votes
Lion Ceccah – “Drobė” – 7,964 votes
Black Biceps – “Visaip man reik” – 6,993 votes
Liepa – “Ar mylėtum” – 6,964 votes
Anyanya – “Running Out of Time” – 3,046 votes
Gøya – “After Storm” – 2,389 votes
Amoralu – “Freedom” – 2,298 votes
Petunija – “Į saldumą” – 1,807 votes
Sophie Ali – “The Bluest Bell” – 1,726 votes
Justė Baradulinaitė – “Tired” – 915 votes
Gebrasy – “Whole” – 659 votes
Noy – “Just Take Me on a Date” – 589 votes

Final results of the Superfinal:

Katarsis – “Tavo akys” – 15,889 votes
Lion Ceccah – “Drobė” – 11,255 votes
Liepa – “Ar mylėtum” – 6,655 votes

With a clear victory in the Superfinal, Katarsis emerged as the winners of EUROVIZIJA.LT and will represent Lithuania at Eurovision 2025, which will be held in Basel, Switzerland. The group will perform in the first half of the second semifinal on May 15.

Lithuania: With Katarsis and “Tavo akys” at Eurovision 2025!

Lithuania has completed the search for its representative and participation for Eurovision 2025. The “Eurovizija.LT,” as the process is now called by Lithuanian public television, consists of five semi-finals and one final. A few minutes ago, the grand final with twelve contestants concluded.

The presenters of the evening were Gabrielė Martirosian, Nombeko Augustė Khotseng, and Rimvydas Černiauskas.

The judging panel consisted of 11 music professionals:

  • Vaidas Baumila (Lithuanian representative for Eurovision 2015)
  • Giedrė Kilčiauskienė (singer)
  • Inga Jankauskaitė (singer)
  • Ieva Narkutė (singer)
  • Monika Liu (singer)
  • Vytautas Bikus (composer)
  • Leon Somov (producer and performer)
  • Unė Liandzbergytė (LRT presenter)
  • Gerūta Griniūtė (journalist and presenter)
  • Kristupas Naraškevičius (presenter)
  • Ramūnas Zilnys (popular music editor at LRT)

Tonight, the Lithuanian public had the opportunity to watch live performances and vote for their favorites. The result was determined 50% by the jury and 50% by the TV audience. The three entries that received the highest score during the final advanced to the “Super-Final,” where the final winner and representative of Lithuania in Βasel was determined exclusively by the TV audience.

The three songs that advanced to the “Super-Final” were:

After the end of the public voting in the “Super-Final,” the big winners were Katarsis with the song “Tavo akys.”

In second place was Lion Ceccah with “Drobė,” and in third place was Liepa with “Ar mylétum?”.

The Betting Odds

According to the odds, just hours before tonight’s final, two entries are the favorites to win. In first place are Katarsis with the song “Tavo akys” and in second place, very closely behind, is Lion Ceccah with the song “Drobė”

Lithuania’s Eurovision selection, consists six shows: five qualifiers and the grand final. The results for all six nights will be determined 50% by the TV audience and 50% by a five-member jury panel. Two songs from each semi-final qualified for the final, based on votes from the public and a specially selected jury panel, while two additional songs received wildcards to participate in tonight’s final.

The three entries that receive the highest scores during the final will proceed to the “Super-Final,” where the TV audience will solely determine the final winner and representative of Lithuania at Eurovision 2025 in Basel.

The hosts of this year’s Eurovizija.LT 2025 are Gabrielė Martirosian, Nombeko Augustė, and Rimvydas Černiauskas.

Lithuania: The Grand Final of Eurovizija.LT 2025 Takes Place Tonight!

The moment has arrived! Tonight, Lithuania will choose its representative for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest, set to take place this May in Basel, Switzerland. After five weeks of intense musical battles, Eurovizija.LT 2025 concludes this evening with twelve finalists competing for the coveted ticket to Eurovision.

The Format

Eurovizija.LT 2025 featured six shows in total: five qualifying rounds and tonight’s grand final. Throughout the competition, results have been determined by a 50/50 voting split between a five-member jury and the Lithuanian public.

In each of the five heats, two acts advanced to the final based on their combined scores, while two wildcard entries were granted a spot in tonight’s showdown.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there!

The top three acts from tonight’s final will move on to the Super-Final, where only the public’s vote will decide Lithuania’s Eurovision 2025 representative.

Lithuania: Liepa and Black Biceps are the wildcards of Eurovizija.LT 2025!

A last-minute surprise was announced by the organizers of Eurovizija.LT 2025 during the broadcast. They revealed that Black Biceps and Liepa Mondeikaitė will be the two artists we will see in the grand final as wildcards.

The two artists participated in the third and fourth semifinals and received excellent support from the audience, earning the same number of points as the performers who advanced to the final. According to the rules of the national selection, the organizers have the right to bring back previously eliminated participants to the final, taking into account the public’s opinion and inviting these performers to appear in the grand final,” said Audrius Giržadas, head producer of the LRT TV department.

The Baltic nation of Lithuania continues its exciting journey tonight in the quest to select its representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel. Over the next weeks, Eurovizija.LT 2025 will determine the artist and song that will wave Lithuania’s flag on the international stage.

Format

Eurovizija.LT 2025 consists of six shows: five heats and the Grand Final. The results for all six evenings will be determined by a 50/50 split vote between the public and a five-member jury panel.

  • From each heat, two songs will advance to the final based on audience votes and jury deliberation.
  • In the Grand Final, the three highest-scoring acts will proceed to the Super Final, where the public will have the exclusive vote to decide the winner.

The heats will air on January 11, 18, 25, and February 1 and 8, respectively. Notably, like previous editions, the heats are pre-recorded earlier in the week. In the event of a tie, the jury vote will prevail.

The live Grand Final will air on February 15.
