Lithuania: Marius Petrauskas has taken Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė’s place on Eurovizija.lt after she withdrew!
Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė, one of the finalists in this year’s Lithuanian national selection, is no longer in the running, as LRT stated earlier today.
Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė, a frequent participant in the Lithuanian selection, was scheduled to perform the song “Let’s get lost” this year. However, in the final days of the previous year, she declared that she would not be able to properly arrange her stage appearance due to personal reasons.
The singer reportedly told LRT that because she couldn’t work out her schedule with her British team members, she wasn’t able to adequately prepare for the audition.
Kotryna’s place is taken by Marius Petrauskas. The winner of the TV show “Lietuvos talentai” accepted the invitation of the organizers and will perform the song “Kol laiko yra”.

Similar to past years, the semifinals will be taped earlier in the week rather than being broadcast live. In addition, the jury vote will take precedence in the case of a tie. Lastly, the live broadcast of the grand final is scheduled for February 17, 2024.
Lithuania was represented last year by Monika Linkytė with the song “Stay” , finishing in 11th place with a total of 127 points. Will Lithuania be able to achieve another favorable outcome in Malmö?
