Junior Eurovision 2025: San Marino confirms participation for the 23rd contest!
Just two weeks after the conclusion of the 22nd Junior Eurovision Song Contest, San Marino has officially confirmed its participation in the upcoming 2025 contest. RTV San Marino made the announcement following a meeting between Idols SM and the Secretary of Tourism.
San Marino stays in the contest
The confirmation of San Marino’s participation in the 23rd Junior Eurovision Song Contest came during a congratulatory meeting between Idols SM and Francesco Pedini Amati, the Secretary of Tourism for San Marino. The Secretary expressed his pride in the country’s presence in the competition, acknowledging the achievement of representing such a small nation on an international stage.

Then, Pedini Amati himself confirmed that San Marino will continue to compete in Junior Eurovision 2025.
Junior Eurovision 2025
Shortly after Georgia‘s victory in Madrid, GPB announced that the country would host the next edition of Junior Eurovision in 2025. However, official statements from the EBU regarding the event’s full details, such as dates and locations, are expected to be released at a later stage.
As of now, several countries have already confirmed their participation in the 23rd Junior Eurovision Song Contest, including:
- Georgia – GPB (Host Country)
- Netherlands – AVROTROS
- North Macedonia – MRT
- San Marino – RTV San Marino
Idols SM were SMRTV’s pick for Junior Eurovision 2024. With their song “Come Noi“, the girl group took the stage of Casa Mágica, finishing however in last place.
