Pala Alpitour will have 65% capacity for Eurovision 2022!

One of the biggest questions regarding the conduct of Eurovision 2022, seems to have found an answer. As revealed by the website Torino Oggi, this year’s competition will take place with 65% capacity at Pala Alpitour.

The delay in announcements is due, according to the publication, to the current state of the pandemic. The easing of restrictions imposed by the Italian government since March allows us to have a clearer picture of the organizers’ plans for the 66th Eurovision Song Contest.

Thus, this year’s competition will take place with 65% of the available capacity of Pala Alpitour available to the public. Nevertheless, this percentage can change either upwards or downwards, always depending on the evolution of the pandemic.

Of course, the goal of the Italian organizers is for the capacity to reach 100%, but in the meantime it will be possible to start the pre-sale of part or all of the tickets for 65% of the arena.

So far, there is no official date for the release of tickets, but sources close to Eurofestivalnews say that the announcement will be made by the end of February or maximum by the first ten days of March.
