Estonia: Eesti Laul 2024 Semi-Final Participants Revealed!
During ERR’s program, entitled “Ringvaade”, the names, titles and composers/lyricists of the 15 artists who will participate in the semi-final of Eesti Laul 2024 were announced today.
The 15 participants of Eesti Laul 2024 are:
- 5miinust ja Puuluup – “(nendest) narkootikumidest ei tea me (küll) midagi” (Põhja Korea, kohver, Lancelot, Päevakoer, Marko Veisson, Ramo Teder, Kim Wennerström)
- Anet Vaikmaa – “Serotoniin” (Sven Lõhmus)
- Antsud – “Vetevaim” (Aile Alveus, Antsud)
- Cecilia –“FOMO”, autorid Cecilia-Martina Mägi, Sander Sadam, Liis Hainla
- Ewert and The Two Dragons – “Hold Me Now” ( Ewert Sundja, Erki Pärnoja, Ivo Etti, Kristjan Kallas)
- Inga – “No Dog On a Leash”, (Inga Tislar, Markus Palo)
- Ingmar – “Dreaming” (Ingmar Erik Kiviloo)
- Laura – “Here’s Where I Draw the Line” (Laura Põldvere, Johannes Lõhmus)
- Multikas, Ewert Sundja – “Oblivion” (Joosep Järvesaar, Hugo Martin Maasikas, Ewert Sundja)
- Ollie – “My Friend” (Oliver Mazurtšak)
- Peter Põder “Korra veel” (Peter Põder)
- Silver Jusilo – “Lately” (Silver Jusilo, Markus Palo)
- Sofia Rubina – “Be Good” (Jason Hunter, Robert Stanley Montes, Renae Rain)
- Traffic – “Wunderbar” ( Stig Rästa, Silver Laas)
- Yonna – “I Don’t Know About You” (Johanna Eendra, Jakob Kaarma, Semjon Greef)
It goes without saying, that this year too there would be returns of old Eurostar! At Eesti Laul 2024, Laura returns, who represented her country twice, the last time in 2017 in the duet “Verona“, together with Koit Toome. Another comeback, Ollie, wholast year finished second in the Estonian national final with the song “Venom“. There are also artists who have participated in earlier versions of Eesti Laul, such as Inga, Anet Vaikmaa, Antsud, Sofia Rubina & Traffic.
We remind you that tomorrow, November 7, they will announce the five artists who went directly to the final according to the decision of the jury.
Eesti Laul 2024 will be hosted by Tõnis Niinemetsa and Grete Kulla. The songs are expected to be released on December 8. The Semi-Final will be held on January 20 in Tartu, while the Grand Final will take place on February 17 in Tallinn.
Alika represented Estonia at Eurovision 2023 with “Bridges” placing 8th with 168 points, marking her country’s best result in the competition in years.
