Greece: Eurovision 2010 entrant Giorgos Alkaios praises the selection of Marina Satti!

Following ERT‘s announcement in October that Marina Satti will represent Greece in Eurovision 2024, a number of Greek musicians expressed their satisfaction with this choice. Among these artists is Giorgos Alkaios, who, through the Mega show “Akoma den eides tipota” described the choice of Marina Satti as “excellent”.

More specifically, he stated:

Marina Satti is great.

Well done to ERT for their excellent choice.

It’s one of the few occasions in the past few years that ERT has shown that it can finish in the top three or even take the first place. Marina is going to do extremely well, in my opinion.

Giorgos Alkaios represented Greece in the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest in Olso, Norway. His song “Opa” placed eighth overall.
