Czechia: Eurovision 2025 representative to be announced on December 11!
A few months ago, the Czech public broadcaster announced that, after years of tradition, there will no longer be a national final to select the song and artist representing the country at Eurovision 2025, in Basel. Instead, this decision will be made through an internal selection.
The submission period ended on September 30, and three different panels voted to determine the next Czech Eurovision representative. Specifically, these included a focus group composed of 40% Czech citizens, an international panel of experts contributing another 40%, and a jury from the Czech public broadcaster providing the remaining 20% of the vote.
It seems that the evaluation process has concluded, and the Czech representative for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest has already been chosen! In an official announcement via social media, Czech public television revealed that the artist travelling to Basel to compete for victory will be announced in just five days!
