Eurovision 2025: This year’s postcards’ shooting has started!
The filming of Eurovision 2025 postcards has already begun, with Czechia having filmed theirs in the last few days.
This year’s Czech representative, Adonxs, revealed via his social media that he travelled to Switzerland to shoot his postcard. However, the theme of this year’s postcards has not yet, been revealed.
The postcards have been used in the Eurovision Song Contest since 1970 and provides time to set up the stage, for each performance. Over the years, the postcard has evolved from being used to advertise the host country to being able to introduce more information, about the participants.
Last year’s postcards had a drastically smaller carbon footprint, while at the same time offering viewers a much more personalised greeting from the performer, as well a celebratory glimpse back through each country’s rich Eurovision Song Contest history:
The 69th Eurovision Song Contest is going to take place in the second/third week of May. The first semi-final will take place on Tuesday the 13th of May, the second semi-final on Thursday the 15th of May and the grand final will take place on Saturday the 17th of May.
