Latvia: Songwriting camp in Riga for Eurovision 2025!
More and more songwriting camps take place all over Europe and are related to the Eurovision Song Contest. The fact that Nemo’s The Code was created in such a camp makes this way of song writing for the music competition even more popular.
Latvia’s LETA news agency reveals that between August 26 and 29, a songwriting camp is going to be held in the country’s capital, Riga, in collaboration with Swedish and domestic artists, with the aim of creating songs for Eurovison 2025. The camp will take place at Auss studio and there will be suitable recording equipment for the artists who wish to participate.
As it was said above, the camp is a joint initiative of Latvian and Swedish artists and aims to give impetus to Latvia’s participation in Eurovision, which this year managed to qualify for the first time after 2016. Latvia is once again about to choose its entry through Supernova.
Songwriting camps for Eurovision 2025 were held in various countries, such as Greece, Malta and Norway.
