Ireland: The running order of Eurosong 2024!

Éirevision has announced the line-up for the Irish national Eurosong 2024 final, which will take place tonight at 23:35 and will run for two hours.

Irish broadcaster RTE has given Éirevision the line-up for Eurosong 2024, the Irish selection for the Eurovision 2024 song contest. Patrick Kielty will present the Irish final, while Marty Whelan will be backstage talking to the artists. Tonight’s show on The Late Late Show will be opened by Isabella Kearney, while Erica-Cody will close the contest.

The running order is as follows:

  1. Isabella Kearney – “Let Me Be the Fire”
  2. Bambie Thug – “Doomsday Blue”
  3.  JyellowL ft. Toshín – “Judas”
  4. Alisha – “Go Tobann” 
  5. Next in Line – “Love Like Us”
  6. Erica-Cody – “Love Me Like I Do”

Ireland’s representative at Eurovision 2024 will be decided equally by public vote, the vote of an international jury and a jury in the studio.

Ireland: The Eurosong 2024 Final Tonight!

The queen of the competition, Ireland, wants to end its run of failures in recent years and hopes to do so by selecting an entry worthy of its history in the contest. So Ireland chooses its representative at Eurovision 2024 tonight, with the grand final of Eurosong 2024 – The Late Late Show taking place in Dublin.

Patrick Kielty will be the host of the Irish final, with Marty Whelan behind the scenes, engaging in conversations with the participating artists.

The Finalists

Out of the 380 songs submitted to RTÉ in recent months, six have been chosen to compete for the chance to represent Ireland at the 68th Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö‎‎. The finalists are:

  1. Isabella Kearney – Let Me Be The Fire”
  2. Bambie Thug – “Doomsday Blue”
  3. JyellowL ft. Toshín – Judas”
  4. Ailsha – Go Tobann”
  5. Next In Line – ”Love Like Us”
  6. Erica Cody – “Love Me Like I Do”

Selection Process

The representative for Ireland at Eurovision 2024 will be chosen through a combination of public voting, international jury voting, and a national jury.

Eurosong 2024 – The Late Late Show is scheduled to begin at 22:35 CET and will run for two hours. Viewers can catch the event on RTÉ One by tuning in HERE.

In the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 held in Liverpool, Ireland was represented by Wild Youth with the song “We Are One.” Unfortunately, they fell short of making it to the Grand Final, finishing 12th in the First Semi-Final with 10 points.

Ireland: Listen to the sixth competing song at Eurosong 2024!

Starting from January 8 and every day on the RTÉ Radio 1 radio show, the Ray D’Arcy Show between 17:00 – 18:30 the six songs that take part in Eurosong 2024 – The Late Late Show, aiming to represent Ireland at Eurovision 2024, will start getting revealed gradually.

The fifth song of Eurosong 2024 has just been revealed and it is the song  “Love Like Us” performed by Next In Line.

Ireland: Are Eurosong 2024 – The Late Late Show contestants revealed?

Irish podcast I’m Sorry Zero Points, by Adrian & Seamus, today revealed the six artists which are reportedly competing in the hopes of representing Ireland at Eurovision 2024, to be held in Malmö, Sweden.

According to the Irish Eurovision podcast, the nominees for Eurosong 2024 – The Late Late Show are:

  • Erica Cody
  • JyellowL
  • Bambie Thug
  • Isabella Kearney
  • Next In Line
  • Ailsha

We remind you that, from 8 January and on at the Ray D’Arcy Show between 16:00 – 17:30 CET on RTÉ Radio 1, the songs of Eurosong 2024 will be revealed.

The number of submissions for the Irish national final was around 380 songs. A total of six songs will compete in the hopes of representing Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö. The date and regulations of Eurosong 2024 will be revealed at a later stage.
