Tina Müller returns to the role of the spokesperson as she is going to reveal the 12 points of the Danish national jury tonight at the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

As of now, the following spokespersons have been confirmed for Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool:

Armenia: The winner of Junior Eurovision 2021, Maléna, is the spokesperson for Eurovision 2023!

The winner of the Junior Eurovision 2021, Maléna, is going to reveal the 12 points of the Armenian national jury tonight at the Grand Final of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest.

Luxembourg: The statement of the Prime Minister Xavier Bettel for the big return!

After the official announcement that Luxembourg returns to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2024, the Prime Minister of the country made a statement regarding the news.

Through his official account on Twitter the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, commented the return of the Grand Duchy in the contest after an absence of 30 years.

“The Government is proud to announce Luxembourg’s return to the Eurovision 2024 stage after almost 30 years! We are thrilled to once again compete in the contest & showcase Luxembourg’s musical talents.”

For the record Luxembourg has been one of the most successful nations in Eurovision with five victories in 1961, 1965, 1972, 1973 and 1983.

The last time Luxembourg took part in the Contest was back in 1993 represented by Modern Times and the song “Donne-moi une chance”.

Eurovision 2023: The Grand Final Scorecard from EurovisionFun!

A few hours after the last ten qualifiers for Saturday’s Grand Final and the Running Order of the competing countries in the final were announced, EurovisionFun has created the scorecard for the Eurovision final!

EurovisionFun in collaboration with Douze Points as they created the two scorecards for the two semi-finals, as well as for the final, where you can either yourself or your friends rate each entry in order of performance separetly as song, performance and staging presence. With this way you can confirm your favorite songs but who will be the big winner of the night depending on your own music taste! Will your favorites be able to win?

Iceland: Technical issues for Diljá last night!

Diljá, the Icelandic representative faced some technical issues last night during the rehearsal.

As the delegation of Iceland reported, the issue had to do with turntable which did not completely work during the Jury Show of the Second Semi-Final last night. Nevertheless, the Icelandic delegation is certain that there won’t be any problem during the live show tonight.

Siggi Gunnars, the Head of Music of the national broadcaster RÚV, answered at an interview in the show Morgunútvarpið of channel Rás 2, that:

“Diljá did extremely well with her powerful and powerful stage presence and impeccable singing. I repeat what has been said by myself and others, nobody is worried about Diljá. She is full of energy and everything is top notch with her on stage. Everyone just thinks it’s going to be crazy.”

Iceland competes tonight in the Second Semi-Final from spot number 7, hoping to win one of the ten tickets that lead to the final on Saturday 13th of May.

Serbia: Teodora Džehverović promises to take part in Eurovision one day!

Teodora Džehverović is a 26-year-old Serbian pop-folk singer with a great career and influence in the Balkan region, being among the most popular and loved singers in the area, counting more than 780 million views on YouTube.

Teodora recently shared a screenshot in which someone had forwarded her the performance of Israel’s Noa Kirel in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest saying “That’s how we all see you”.

The young star posted this story on her official Instagram account commenting One day, I promise!

She has also collaborated with Hurricane who represented the country in Eurovision 2021!

Spain: Eurovision 2024 participation confirmed| Benidorm Fest 2024 rules published!

RTVE confirmed Spain’s participation in the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest, revealing the rules of Benidorm Fest 2024.

What if the 2023 edition of Eurovision Song Contest is still under away, the Spanish national broadcaster is already looking at the 2024 edition, as the rules of Benidorm Fest 2024, the contest through which the Kingdom of the Iberian Peninsula chooses their representative, were released.

The submission process commences on 16th of May and is going to last until 10th of October. The reason behind the early beginning of the preparation is because RTVE wants they candidates to have plenty of time to prepare properly their entries. 16 artists are going to take part in the 2024 Benidorm Fest, while 6 will be under back-up status in case of circumstances changes.

This year Spain is being represented by Blanca Paloma and the song “Eaea” and they compete directly in the Grand Final of Saturday 13th of May, as the country is a Big 5 member.

Kosovo: RTK pushing for full EBU membership!

The Chairman of RTK confirmed that the national broadcaster of Kosovo continues pushing for full membership in the European Broadcasting Union.

Speaking to the Board of RTK regarding the first month of 2023, Besnik Boletini, the Chairman of the national broadcaster confirmed that organisation continues lobbying for full EBU membership, through attending EBU events and hoping for full membership and invitation for participation the Eurovision Song Contest.

In order to be eligible to participate in the Song Contest, Kosovo must become member of the International Television Union and of course a member of the United Nations. Earlier this year the broadcaster launched Festivalit të Këngës which would be used as the nation’s Eurovision selection should it be able to compete.

In the past Kosovo has been allowed to participate in other Eurovision related events. In 2011 it took part in the Eurovision Young Dancers represented by Tringa Hsya. In this year’s Eurovision Song Contest the partially recognised nation of the Balkans is somehow present as the Albanian representatives hail from Kosovo.

Norway: Ben Adams of Subwoolfer is the Norwegian spokesperson!

It was revealed earlier today that Ben Adams, member of A1 and Subwoolfer, is going to be the spokesperson for Norway in the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Ben Adams is going to announce the results of the Norwegian jury live from Liverpool Arena. Both Subwoolfers, Kith and Jim, are already in Liverpool, as they have a live show scheduled for tonight.

Subwoolfer represented Norway last year in the Contest in Turin Italy, where the brought the Scandinavian kingdom in the 10th place of the grand final with 182 points.

This year the nation is being represented by Alessandra and the song “Queen of Kings” that has already secured a place in the final of Saturday 13th of May, as she qualified from the first semi-final of Tuesday.
