Denmark: Three artists rumoured for DMGP 2025!
Danish media has started sharing their predictions for the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2025 line-up. Three well-known names have resonated recently.
According to Ekstra Bladet Mariya Apollonia and Max Ulver will compete to represent Denmark in Basel. Max Ulver will sing “Supernova”. The song is written by songwriter Remee who has penned DMGP winners for 2012, 2015, and 2022.
Mariya Apollonia participated in X Factor Denmark in 2024 where she finished in seventh place. We still do not know, however, what will be the name of her competing song.
Furthermore, the biggest rumour is the return of Tim Schou. Tim Schou represented Denmark in 2011 as part of the band “A Friend in London” with the song New Tomorrow. They finished in 5th place in the Grand Final.
DMGP 2025
In the upcoming week, we will get to know the eight performers who will compete to represent Denmark at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. On February 6, DR will reveal the contestants and their songs for the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix.
The final of Melodi Grand Prix 2025 will be held at Jyske Bank Boxen in Horsens on Saturday, March 1.
