Spain: “Esa diva” to be revamped for Eurovision 2025!

Spain‘s entry will undergo modifications for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

This year’s Spanish representative at Eurovision 2025, Melody, just two days after her victory at Benidorm Fest 2025, announced that her song entitled “Esa diva” is scheduled to undergo modifications in order to make it more competitive at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland.

“We will make some changes so that Europe understands it better. Musically, we have room to create something even more striking, and I believe the final version will surprise everyone.”

The renewed version is expected to refine the elements of composition, production and staging to align with the competitive Eurovision landscape.

Spain, as a member of Big 5 nations, competes directly in the final of Eurovision 2025, on 17th May, while they have the right to vote at the First Semi-Final, on 13th of May.
