Serbia: Semifinals’ running order announced!- The songs will be revealed tomorrow!

More and more countries get gradually into Eurovision mood! This time Serbia has some things to announce.

The national broadcaster RTS, revealed the running order of the participations in the two semifinals and that the songs will be published on the 8th of February through the official YouTube channel “RTS Eurovision Song Contest”.

The order of appearance of the songs of the 1st Semifinal is:

  1. Sanja Bogosavljević – Priđi mi
  2.  VIS Lemonade – Love Song
  3. Zorja – Zorja
  4. Bojana Mašković – Dama
  5. Boris Subotić – Give me back
  6.  Ivona – Znam
  7. Bane Lalić and MVP – Where there is love, there is no darkness
  8. Angellina – Origami
  9. Ana Stanic – Ljubav bez dodira
  10. 10. July 10 – Speed
  11. Aca Lukas – Oskar
  12.  Konstrakta – In corpore sano

Eurovizije 2022

The selection process for this year’s Serbian participation involves two semifinals on the 3rd and 4th of March while the final is scheduled for the 5th of March with Dragana Kosjerina and Jovan Radomir as hosts of these events.

Serbia: Tijana Dapčević to compete in Pesma za Evroviziju 22 in the place of Stefan Zdravković!

One week ago, the Serbian broadcaster RTS announced the artists who will participate in the country’s national final for Eurovision 2022, Pesma za Evroviziju 22, while two days ago one of the participants, Stefan Zdravković, withdrew his participation.

RTS has just announced that Tijana Dapčević will fill Zdravković’s place with the song “Ljubi, ljubi doveka”.

Tijana is no stranger to the Eurovision Song Contest, as in 2014 she represented North Macedonia, then FYROM, in the contest with the song “To the Sky“, with which she ended up in the 13th place in the second semi-final.

The list of the Pesma za Evroviziju 22 artists is now as follows:

Serbia: 36 participants for national final revealed!

After a one year break, Serbia has announced that they are to hold a national final for Eurovision 2022. The new show will be called ‘Song for Eurovision ‘22’ and will feature 36 competing songs across three live broadcasts.

  • Song for Eurovision ‘22 – Semi-Final 1: Thursday 3 March
  • Song for Eurovision ‘22 – Semi-Final 2: Friday 4 March
  • Song for Eurovision ‘22 – Grand Final: Saturday 5 March.

Out of over 150 songs the following compositions were selected by a special comittee to compete:

Among the composers we see Darko Dimitrov, the famous musician from North Macedonia who has signed many Eurovision entries from the ex-Yugo countries, as well the Montenegrin entry in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest. Leontina Vukomanovic is also well known, as she co-wrote Lane Moje, with Zeljko Zoksimovic in 2004, the song tha represented Serbia-Montenegro in the contest that was held in Istanbul

Serbia: The contestants for the national final to be announced tomorrow!

A few minutes ago, the official Eurovision page and Serbia’s page for Eurovision, on social media, announced that tomorrow at 12:00, Central European Time, the 36 artists and songs competing to be Serbia’s representative for 2022, will be revealed. What is more the dates of the semifinals and the final will be announced as well

Around 150 composers who meet the conditions of the competition, reached for the music department of Serbia’s national broadcaster RTS. The channel chose the 36 best songs to compete for a ticket for Eurovision Song Contest 2022.

It seems that: Sara Jo, Angelina, Goca Tržan, Igor Simić and Dušan Svilar have submitted songs. It is widely speculated that there are more singers famous in Serbia, but their names are not yet known

We remind that the winners of the Serbian national final Beovizija were the explosive Hurricane with the song Hasta La Vista. Serbia’s representatives for 2021 were again Hurricane with the song Loco Loco, and got 15th place in the Grand Final.
