The Turquoise Carpet, a staple event in the Host City, doubles as the official Opening Ceremony, marking the commencement of the Eurovision Song Contest Live Shows week. Malmö 2024’s Turquoise Carpet commenced today at 15:30 CEST and is being broadcast live on both the Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel and via a TikTok live stream on the Eurovision account.
