Lidl pays tribute to Gina G’s timeless Eurovision hit with a new advertisement in England.

The ad features the song “Ooh Aah… Just a Little Bit” from 1996, but it replaces the word “Little” with “Lidl.”

Gina G represented the United Kingdom at Eurovision 1996, finishing in 8th place. In the advertisement, the English singer and actress Martin McCutcheon performs the song.

Martin is known from the film “Love Actually” and has appeared in many TV shows. The ad promotes the Lidl app and hopes to achieve similar commercial success to Gina G, who topped the UK charts and reached number 12 in the United States.
