Australia remains one of the few countries in Eurovision 2025 that, aside from once again selecting its representative internally, has not revealed any further details. Eurovisionfun exclusively presents the artist who is the frontrunner to represent the land of kangaroos in Basel.
According to our exclusive information, barring any unexpected changes, 35-year-old Go-Jo will represent Australia in the 69th Eurovision Song Contest.
Australian pop star Go-Jo is well-known in his home country for both his original songs and his guitar-driven covers.
His cover of “Iris” by Goo Goo Dolls has surpassed 3 million streams on Spotify, while a video of him performing his song “Mrs. Hollywood” in a food court has garnered over 1 million views.
He launched his career in 2016 with the release of his debut single, and since then, he has gained over 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Additionally, his TikTok account (@heyimgojo) has amassed more than 600,000 followers and 21 million likes. He is particularly known for his spontaneous street challenges, where he invites strangers to guitar and singing competitions. One of his most popular performances is his cover of “drivers license” by Olivia Rodrigo.
