Cyprus: Where and at what time is “Liar” going to be released on 29/02! | EXCLUSIVE!

But what we didn’t know until now, and it was something you asked us many times, was at what time, but also when we will be able to watch the video clip. Eurovisionfun is able to answer all these questions, as once again we have all the exclusive information.
For the first time this year, CyBC decided not to make its maiden broadcast of the video clip of its participation in the Eurovision contest through the news bulletin or from one of its entertainment shows. The song for 1 hour will be available exclusively through the CyBC website: www.rik.cy. Specifically from 17.00 to 18.00 cet you will be able to watch the video clip only through the CyBC website. Immediately at 18.00 cet the video clip will be uploaded on the Eurovision channel on YouTube and then on all digital music platforms.
We remind you that the video clip of this year’s Cypriot participation was filmed after several years in Cyprus, specifically at the Limassol marina and at the City of Dreams hotel. The director of the video clip is Kostas Karydas.
Silia Kapsis and Liar continue their upward trajectory in the betting odds, after the release of the teaser which has literally halved its winning odds. The Cypriot team is keeping a low profile and preparing every detail for Silia’s appearance on the competition stage, believing that they will be able to surpass last year’s performance of Andrew Lambrou and the twelfth place of Break A Broken Heart.

Portugal: 437.000 viewers watched the First Semi-Final of Festival da Canção 2024!

Festival da Canção 2024 commenced on Saturday night with an average of 437,000 viewers watching, representing 11% of the total audience. The maximum number of viewers was at 21:47 653,500 which corresponds to 13.7%. However, compared to last year, the total viewership was down by 0.4%, i.e. by 40,000 fewer viewers.
The six artists who qualified for the Festival da Canção 2024 final were:
- Rita Rocha – “Pontos Finais”
- Nena – “Teorias da Conspiração”
- Perpétua – “Bem Longe Daqui”
- Iolanda – “Grito”
- João Borsch – “Pelas Costuras”
- Noble – “Memory”(Television audience only)

Portugal: The results of the first semi-final of the Festival da Canção 2024!

The Festival da Canção 2024 as the process followed by the country’s public television is called, consists of two semi-finals and a final. A few minutes ago, the first semi-final was completed, with six contestants advancing to the next stage of the final.
Presenters of the evening were Tânia Ribas de Oliveira, José Carlos Malato and Inês Lopes Gonçalves.
The jury consisted of seven music professionals:
- Gisela João – singer
- Benjamim – musician
- Lia Pereira – journalist
- Miguel Esteves Cardoso – lyricist
- Lura – singer
- Pedro Oliveira – musician
- Mimicat – Representing Portugal Eurovision 2023
The ten songs that claimed the six tickets to the grand final were:
- Nena – “Teorias da Conspiração”
- Perpétua – “Bem Longe Daqui”
- Mela – “Água”
- Mila Dores – “Afia a Língua”
- Left – “Volto a Ti ”
- Rita Rocha – “Pontos Finais”
- Noble – “Memory”
- João Borsch – “Pelas Costuras”
- Iolanda – “Grito”
- Bispo – “Casa Portuguesa”
Results:
The six finalists were determined 50% by the jury and 50% by the television audience. The exact ranking of the artists by both the jury and the audience was not announced at the end of the evening. The detailed results will be published after the end of the festival.
The six artists who qualified for the Festival da Canção 2024 final are:

- Nena – “Teorias da Conspiração”
- Perpétua – “Bem Longe Daqui”
- Iolanda – “Grito”

San Marino: The results of the second chance round of Una Voce per San Marino 2024!
