Albania: Are these the detailed results of the televoting of Festivali i Këngës 62?

It’s almost a month since Albania’s famous music festival, Festivali i Këngës, has ended, and Besa Kokëdhima is now the country’s new representative at Eurovision 2024.

As was the case last year, the representative of the country was chosen based on the results of the public vote, while the results of the festival itself was decided by the vote of the jury. The top three of the festival were:

1. Mal Retkoceri – “Çmendur”
2. Tiri Gjoci – “Në döner”
3. Shpat Deda – “S’mund t’fitoj pa ty”

While we know the detailed results of the jury, at least regarding the top three, both times the representative was chosen by public vote (2023 & 2024), there was no detailed result, only the announcement of the winner.

However, a post by this year’s representative, Besa, raised many speculations about the results of the televote. In particular, Besa presents us the top three of the televote!

The detailed results is now formed as follows:

1. Besa Kokëdhima – “Zemrën n’dorë”
2. Olsi Balta – “Unë”
3. Troy Band – “Horizonti i dreamave”

We notice that both of the entries behind Besa were eliminated in the semi-finals of the festival (however, they remained in the vote to represent the country), so the question is whether what the singer claims is true.
