Italy: Olly Has Not Yet Decided Whether to Represent His Country at Eurovision 2025

Olly is keeping us in suspense as he has yet to confirm whether he will represent Italy at Eurovision 2025, leaving open the possibility of accepting or declining his right as the winner of the 75th Sanremo Festival.

Following his victory last night, the only remaining question was whether Olly would take on the challenge of representing Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Just a few moments ago, during a press conference, Olly revealed that he has not yet made his decision and is still considering his options. He specifically stated that he will announce his final decision in one week. Therefore, we will have to wait to see whether he will be Italy’s representative in Basel.

According to the rules, if the Sanremo winner declines the opportunity to represent Italy at Eurovision, RAI must select another contestant based on the final ranking. The runner-up was Lucio Corsa, followed by Brunori Sas in third place.
