Eurovision 2024: The Audience Poll results before the Grand Final!

After the end of the Jury Rehearsal for the grand final of the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest, accrediated jurnalists of ESCXTRA.com got outside Malmö Arena and asked the audience regarding their favourite entry.

In total, more than 3,300 votes were counted in the poll with Nemo taking first place. In fact, it was at the top with a small difference from the second place Croatia and Baby Lasagna. The top five is completed with the Netherlands, Ireland and France. Greece was in 11th place, while Cyprus in 19th place.

Of course, the positions of Spain (6th place) and Austria (7th place) are a surprise, while in the last place (26th) was Raiven from Slovenia.

For the record, the Audience Poll, for the Grand Final of Eurovision 2023, predicted six of the ten countries that eneded up in the first ten places, but failed to predict the winner.

Eurovision 2024: Results of the Audience Poll for the Second Semi-Final!

Following the Jury Rehearsal of the second semi-final, accredited journalists from ESCXTRA.com gathered outside the Malmö Arena to ask the audience of the jury show which entry stood out to them.

In total, the survey counted more than 2,500 votes, with Nemo Things narrowly clinching the top spot, leading by just one point ahead of the Netherlands and Joost Klein. In the last position (16th), was Dons from Latvia.

For context, the Audience Poll for the First Semi-Final of Eurovision 2024 correctly predicted eight out of the ten qualifiers.

The second semifinal kicks off at 21:00 CET, and you can watch it live on the official Eurovision YouTube channel, as well as on various public broadcaster across Europe.

Croatia: Baby Lasagna wins SF1 Eurovision Audience Poll!

Baby Lasagna came in first place at the Eurovision Audience Poll for Semi-final 1. Baby Lasgna got 37.90% of the audience votes.

With this result Baby Lasagna more than doubled Bambie Thug who came in second place with 16.09% of the audience vote.  Also, we must remind that Baby Lasagna is still the favourite to win Eurovision according to the bets by a wide margin.

Junior Eurovision 2023: The results of the Press and the Audience Poll | France is the winner!

In less than 24 hours from now will know the winner of the 21st Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Following the conclusion of the technical rehearsals and the beginning of the Online Voting’s first phase, the first Dress Rehearsal as well as the Jury Final took place today. During the Jury Final, the 50% of tommorow’s results was decided with the remaining 50% to be decided by the online vote.

Press poll

Since the first and second technical rehearsals were not open to press, today it was the first time that the accredited journalists were able to watch the full performances of the sixteen participating countries. Hence, as it is used in Eurovision, a press poll was held within the accredited journalists and was organized by ESC Insight, ESC Discord, That Eurovision Site and L’Eurovision Au Quotidien.

56 accredited members of the press voted, with each one of them awarding 1 point to their top three entries.

The results of the Junior Eurovision’s 2023 press poll were the following

At the top of the poll stands France with 27 points, followed by The Netherlands with the margin of just a point. France and The Netherlands were by far the favorites of the press with United Kingdom finishing third with a six-point margin.

Audience Poll

Along with the usual press poll, an audience poll was also held this year. The results of this poll were decided by the audience attending the Jury Final. It was requested of the audience to select a winner.

The results of the Junior Eurovision’s 2023 audience poll were the following

At the audience poll, France wins by landslide and is followed by Armenia and Spain.

As a result, we can see that France with Zoé Clauzure and “Coeur” easily topped both of the polls conducted today and is a clear favorite for winning the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. In case the aforementioned scenario comes true and France wins on home soil, it will be the second time in Junior Eurovision history that a country wins in two consecutive editions, with the first being Poland(2018-2019).

The 21st Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held tomorrow afternoon at 16:00 CET live from Palais Nikaïa in Nice, France. Meanwhile, the online voting is still open and you can cast your votes until 15:59 CET. The show will be also broadcasted live via the official Junior Eurovision YouTube channel

Finland: Käärijä wins Eurovision Audience Poll

Käärijä has won the Eurovision Audience Poll for the Grand Final.  The Finnish representative is therefore the audience favourite to win the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

The Eurovision Audience Poll for the Grand Final was published just a few hours after the Grand Final jury show.

In second place we have the Swedish representative Loreen which remains the favourite to win Eurovision 2023.  One of the biggest surprises of the Audience Poll is Belgium which would ended up in third place according to the poll.

On the other side of the spectrum we have Moldova, Serbia, Armenia, Portugal and Albania which would end in the bottom five.

Austria: Teya & Salena wins SF2 Eurovision Audience Poll!

Teya & Salena won the Eurovision Audience Poll for the Second Semi-Final.  The duo who is one of the favorites to win the second semi-final of Eurovision 2023 received 27,9% of the votes.  In close second place Belgium ended with 24,5% of the vote share.

Finland: Käärijä wins SF1 Eurovision Audience Poll!

Käärijä came in first place at the Eurovision Audience Poll for Semi-final 1.  Käärijä got 41.7% of the audience votes.

With this result Käärijä more than doubled Loreen who came in second place with 15.4% of the audience vote.  However, we must remind that Loreen is still the favourite to win Eurovision according to the bets by a wide margin.
