Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, will attend Eurovision 2024 in Malmö!

According to Swedish media, the Crown Princess of Sweden, is going to be present and attend one of the shows of Eurovision Song Contest 2024, taking place in a few days in Malmö.

It has not yet been officially announced which show the Princess will attend, as it’s meant to be a surprise. Margaretha Thorngren, the Director of the Information Department of the Swedish Royal Court, confirmes that conversations are underway in order to conduct a royal visit.

According to Aftonbladet, the Crown Princess will attend the Grand Final, alongside her husband Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland and their children Princess Estelle of Sweden and Prince Oscar of Sweden.

This will not be the first time that a royal family attends a Eurovision event, as last year, King Charles and the Queen Consort visited M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, to reveal the stage for Eurovision 2023. And evenback in 2014, the then Crown Prince Frederik, attended the contest that took place in Copenhagen!
