Ukraine: alyona alyona & Jerry Heil promise to sell the throphy in case they win Eurovision 2024!

Alyona Alyona & Jerry Heil, the Ukrainian representatives in this year’s Eurovision, went on to make an important statement, promising that if they win the Contest, they will sell the trophy to help rebuild the bombed schools in Ukraine!

This is not the first time something like this happens. In 2022, the Ukrainian winners, Kalush Orchestra, sold their trophy to help their country, so now alyona alyona, a former kindergarten teacher, expressed her willingness to sell anything in order to help this effort.

Their song symbolizes love and kindness in the face of adversity. The duo’s song reflects the resilience of the Ukrainian people and emphasizes peace, love and unity. Specifically, Jerry Heil stated:

“Our message is not to make people fight, but to unite and help each other. We feel that music can unite, and musically and culturally we can give so much as a nation, we just need to be visible, and we’re thankful for this opportunity.”

Ukraine takes part in the first semi-final of Eurovision 2024 on May 7.
